Does Alternative Lifestyle Employment charge for services rendered?

Yes. Alternative Lifestyle Employment charges a non-refundable annual registration fee since immediate placement can not be guaranteed. The fees will be used to conduct background checks, and for administrative costs.

As with any kind of employment agency, once a match has been made, a placement fee will be assessed to the employer. However, the fee will be much less than One would normally pay a regular employment agency as their fees are based on a percentage of the gross annual income of the employee.

What will a prospective employee or employer get from Alternative Lifestyle Employment in return for the fees that are required?

Alternative Lifestyle Employment will carefully screen each and every applicant, beginning with an in-depth questionnaire. Both Dominants and submissives will be required to fill the questionnaires out, and background checks will be done as stated above.

All information will be considered confidential, and kept under lock and key. Should a case arise where an individual is not matched and no longer wishes the services of Alternative Lifestyle Employment, all information will be shredded and destroyed.

For Dominants and submissives outside of the United States

At your request, and after you have registered with our service and paid the proper registration fee, Alternative Lifestyle Employment can and will assist in matching Dominants and submissives.

However, due to limitations, we can not perform background checks on anyone who is not an American citizen.

We will use any and all information obtained via the registration forms, and subsequent conversations with applicants, in order to make the best possible matches.

Why was Alternative Lifestyle Employment created?

Alternative Lifestyle Employment was created because it is apparent in today's world that even though people of many different lifestyle persuasians have emerged, most are still not socially acceptable, particularly in the United States.

There are individuals whose sexual orientation is too obvious, making it uncomfortable or impossible to function in a conventional setting or office. Alternative Lifestyle Employment is here to help them find their place in the world.

There are men and women who would prefer to work in a domestic setting under circumstances unique to their chosen lifestyle, and Alternative Lifestyle Employment is here to assist.

There are executives, male and female and purveyors of alternative lifestyles, who travel frequently, and would like to be able to entertain accordingly. However, their secretaries and personal assistants do not function according to the needs and protocols of their employers lifestyles outside of work.

And, on the flip side of the coin, there are secretaries, assistants, and other office oriented individuals who would love nothing better than to serve a dominant at work and at play.

There may also be occasions when a submissive has a business, and would like to hire or work with a Dominant, allowing Him/Her to assist or take command of the business.

In this case, as with a Dominant who is the employer, the majority of fees will fall on the business owner.

How does a Dominant or submissive start the process of becoming matched with an ideal employee or employer?

The links at the top of the page will take applicants to the appropriate registration form. Applicants are required to supply all information requested. Should a question not apply, please note "Not Applicable" in the space provided if an answer is required, or pass over if it if an answer is not required.

Once an application form has been filled out and submitted it will be reviewed. Applicants will be notified by email as to whether they have been accepted, and will be required to submit their fee via PayPal account.

After the registration fee has been received, a background check will be made. It is advisable that a potential applicant who is a convicted felon, on probation or parole, and would need permission to relocate seriously consider waiting until all obligations have been taken care of, and relocation is not an issue.

You must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship, or that you are in this country legally; or documentation showing you are legally separated or divorced, if not single. If you are unable to provide this documentation upon request, please do not register with this service.
