This form is to be filled out strictly by those individuals who identify at Dominants, or switches who lean more toward Domination than submission.

The only way that Alternative Lifestyle Employment can make a successful match between a Dominant and submissive(s) or slave(s) is with as much information as possible about all parties concerned.

There are a number of services that can be rendered, upon instructions from the Dominant, along the way. And, of course, the submissive or slave will be kept safely out of harms way, or the public eye, or both depending on the instructions.
